Every time you ask for help, for example by sending an email to email@example.com or submitting a contact form on a Cochrane website, this email/form is converted into a Support Ticket in our Cochrane Helpdesk at https://help.cochrane.org.
Every query (ticket) has a specific webpage URL, which is included in the automatic response that you receive, so you can follow-up and view your ticket responses and progress online by clicking on that URL/website link.
Please note that for security reasons you must also log in to the Helpdesk to be able to view your queries.
Unfortunately we are not currently able to use the single-sign-on with your Cochrane Account username and password, so you will need to create a new password when you first login to your Helpdesk account:
1. Go to https://help.cochrane.org and click on 'Login' in the top right hand corner.
2. Then under the 'Login to your account' heading, click on 'Forgot password?' and enter the email address you use to submit your queries to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will send an automatic email to your email account with a link to reset your password.
3. After resetting your password, log in to view your Helpdesk queries.
