How do affiliations show on review bylines after publication?

Author details are shown on the review byline in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews as below:

Each author's name in the review byline, is a dynamic link to the Authors' section of the review, where affiliations are displayed:

The Contact Person's affiliation and email are displayed in full (as above). Where authors have multiple affiliations, these are displayed on separate lines:
