Membership is time limited, but it will be renewed automatically if you have continued to contribute to Cochrane.

If you have gained at least 1000 points in the twelve months before your membership expires, your membership will automatically renew for another one, three or five years.

If you have not gained at least 1000 points in the twelve months before your membership expires, you will go back to being a supporter. You can become eligible for membership again if your membership points reach 1000 in twelve months.
